We ship Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery progress.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct, including your house number, street name, and postcode, to avoid any delivery issues. 

Please note:

• We don’t deliver to PO Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
• Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all products are available.
• Delivery times may vary slightly during sale periods or due to customs inspections.
