Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee that changes to your delivery address can be made, as our team processes orders quickly. If you contact us right after placing your order, we’ll do our best to update the address before it ships.

If your parcel has already been dispatched, you may be able to request an address change directly through the courier using your tracking number.

Please note that if a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal, shipping and return costs will be deducted from your refund.
